These terms apply when you buy a reading from OBANG, a service of [Legal name: to be completed], [Address: to be completed] (Spain), tax ID [Tax ID: to be completed]. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell personalized digital reports based on Korean Saju (사주, “Four Pillars”), a traditional birth-chart framework. Your chart is calculated from the birth date, time and place you provide. The written interpretation is generated with the help of an AI language model from your calculated chart. Korean Saju shares calculation roots with other Four Pillars traditions; our terms and framing follow Korean practice.

For entertainment and self-reflection

Readings describe tendencies and themes. They do not predict or guarantee outcomes and are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on a reading to make decisions about your health, money, legal matters or safety. Interpretation methods differ between schools, so results may differ from other Saju or Four Pillars services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Please enter accurate details; the quality of the reading depends on them.

Orders, price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and include everything we charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. Purchases are one-time; there are no subscriptions.

Delivery

We deliver digitally. After payment your report is generated (usually within a few minutes) and a private link is emailed to you. You can also open it from the page you land on after payment, and request a new link on our “Find my reading” page. Anyone with your link can open your report, so keep it private. A printable PDF version can be saved from the report page.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.

Your licence and our content

You may use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes and share it with people you choose. You may not resell it, republish it commercially, or scrape our site. We keep all rights in the software, designs, characters and text templates. The guide characters are illustrations used for presentation only.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no fraudulent payments, no attempts to disrupt or break into our systems, and no use of other people’s details without their permission.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If a change affects a reading you already paid for and cannot be delivered, we will refund you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If a dispute cannot be settled informally, you may bring it before the competent courts as the law allows.
