We want you to be happy with your reading. Because a report is a digital product that is written for you and delivered immediately, here is exactly when we refund.

You get a refund if

• We could not deliver your report. If your report is not ready within 24 hours of payment, or the service fails to produce it, we refund you in full.
• Something was wrong with your order. If you were charged more than once, or the amount does not match the price shown at checkout, we refund the difference or the extra charge.
• You are not satisfied. Within 7 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund for any reason.

If you entered the wrong birth details

Email us within 7 days with the correct details. We will create a corrected report at no extra cost, or refund you if you prefer.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used for your order and include your order number (it is in your report link and confirmation email). We reply within 2 business days. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank; we resolve requests faster and can refund right away.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show the credit within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the report is no longer available through your private link.
